Here’s what I eat in Japan

OK so here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: 2 tuna with mayo riceballs and a bottle of grapefruit/orange juice

Grapefruit and orange juice in a bottle

Lunch: a mini bento and 2 cups of green tea

Green tea Today’s mini bento

Dinner: I had bottle of milk tea, 2 small cups of tea, and a steak set

Here’s my exercise routine that I did today:

push-ups 3(20)

crunches 3(50)

lateral leg lifts 3(40)

grips 3(25)
