In effort to keep me motivated to eat healthy and reach my goal of 75 kilograms by the end of April I am going to keep a food journal. Hopefully it will teach me something about my eating habits. I’ll try to show pictures of some of the things I eat. Also I’ll keep and exercise diary to monitor my improvents and to help me know when I have reached a plateau and need to increase my exercise. It’s not something I want to do forever like the Japanese scientist that kept a photographic record of every meal he ate for 30 years. Last time I weighed myself I weighed around 96 kilograms.

Breakfast: 1 bottle of grapefruit/orange juice, 2 tuna and mayo riceballs, a cup of green tea.

Lunch: A mini bento and a cup of green tea

Dinner: A bottle of milk tea, a meat sauce pizza, and spaghetti with meat sauce topped with muschrooms and bacon.

NO EXERCISE TODAY 😦
